I have bought the VIP Spy Pass but cannot attend a certain event, what should I do?

You are expected to attend all events included in the VIP Spy Pass. If you are not able to come to an event for other reasons than sickness or quarantine, you should notify the Lustrum Committee of D.S.A. Pattern at least 21 days in advance through lustrum@dsapattern.nl. A refund of part of your ticket is in this case not possible. However, transfer of your ticket for this event of the VIP Spy Pass is possible, if you notify the Lustrum Committee of D.S.A. Pattern at least 24 hours in advance through lustrum@dsapattern.nl

What if I can’t join an event because of illness or quarantine?

In case of illness or quarantine, you should contact the Lustrum committee (lustrum@dsapattern.nl) to notify your absence. You will get refunded according to the terms and conditions of the VIP Spy Pass.

Can I transfer part of the VIP Spy Pass to another Pattern member?

Transfer of part of the VIP Spy Pass is possible if you notify the Lustrum Committee of D.S.A. Pattern at least 24 hours in advance through lustrum@dsapattern.nl.

What happens to my VIP Spy Pass if the Corona measures prevent the events from happening?

If due to regulations the event is canceled or moved, a refund is possible according to the VIP Spy Pass terms & conditions.

Do I need a corona entry pass QR code (CoronaCheck) to gain access to the events?

A valid Corona QR-code might be mandatory to attend certain events due to regulations put down by the Dutch Government or other authorities at the time and place of the event.

Are all the Lustrum events included in the VIP Spy Pass?

All of the Lustrum events, except for the Lustrum Active Members Day and the separate tickets for the dinner and travel to the Lustrum Gala, are included in the VIP Spy Pass!
